As we scale, we’re investing more in how we show up visually: across product launches, social media, events, and more. We want a hungry, marketing content associate who is excited to join a growing team and assist with marketing efforts.
The Role
As a Marketing Content & Design Associate, you’ll create much of the visual, video, and social content that represents Renterra to the world.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You’ll work closely with the CEO, product, and customer teams to turn features, updates, and ideas into clear, high-quality marketing assets using modern tools.
What You’ll Do

Create product and marketing videos (feature demos, release videos, short-form social clips)

Design graphics for social, events, conference booths, and merchandise

Own day-to-day social content creation and posting

Help coordinate feature launches and product announcements

Assist with writing and polishing blog posts and short marketing articles

Use AI-native design and video tools to improve speed and quality
What We’re Looking For

Extremely strong graphic design and video editing skills

Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, CapCut, or similar

Some experience using AI-native design or video tools

Comfortable managing social media content

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Excited to learn and grow in an early-stage environment

Must be Chicago-based and able to work in-office in a hybrid capacity

Compensation Range: $45K - $65K
