Junior Marketing Coordinator

JOB TITLE: Junior Marketing Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

REPORT TO: Marketing Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator. The role includes handling data entry, preparing Excel reports (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and creating basic designs using Canva.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or field-based promotions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data entry accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Canva for basic visual content creation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Preferred:

• Experience in retail, FMCG, or event management industries.
• Familiarity with marketing data dashboards or CRM tools.
• Understanding of basic print and production processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
