Junior Marketing Coordinator

The Junior Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day marketing, content, and administrative operations to ensure seamless execution across digital campaigns, client accounts, and internal projects. This role plays a key part in social media management, content creation, influencer marketing, PR, and e-commerce initiatives, while helping drive brand awareness and growth across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms/brands, ensuring consistent and on-brand execution
  • Write engaging copy for web, newsletters, social media, and product descriptions
  • Develop and schedule email marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the creative team on content production (photo, video, graphics)
  • Research e-commerce, social, and PR trends to inform strategy
  • Update website content and assist with product uploads (Shopify)
  • Manage product and customer reviews
  • Support campaign launches, bundles, and promotional initiatives
  • Assist with influencer outreach, including seeding, briefs, proposals, and tracking budgets
  • Pack and ship PR mailers to creators and media
  • Support PR communications and maintain relationships with editors and partners
  • Provide administrative support across marketing and business operations (samples, line sheets, data entry)
  • Manage content calendars and coordinate cross-functional workflows
  • Prepare marketing decks, reports, and performance insights
  • Monitor analytics and report on key performance metrics
  • Support event planning and community activations (e.g., local organizations, campus outreach)
  • Manage customer service inquiries via email and social DMs

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
  • Strong copywriting skills across multiple formats (web, email, social)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with content creation, scheduling, and basic photo/video editing
  • Familiarity with Shopify, email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for consumer brands, culture, and emerging trends

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Full-Time, In-Office position)

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
