We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time role ideal for freshers who want hands-on experience across market research, go-to-market strategy, basic design, and content planning. You will play a key supporting role in executing marketing campaigns and building our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.

Collect and organize data to support strategic decisions.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Support

Assist in creating GTM plans for product and service launches.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely rollout.

Must have basic knowledge of core marketing concepts such as the 4Ps, target audience, branding, customer journey, and positioning.

Design Support

Help in designing basic marketing creatives using tools like Canva or Figma.

Collaborate with the design team to develop digital and print materials.

Content Strategy & Execution

Assist in planning and scheduling content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.

Ensure brand consistency in messaging across platforms.

Support content writing, editing, and idea generation.

General Marketing Tasks

Maintain marketing documents, reports, and calendars.

Support in event planning, internal coordination, and campaign monitoring.

Who Can Apply:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, Communication, or Design preferred).

Skills Required

Interest in marketing, branding, and content.

Basic design skills using Canva, Figma, or similar tools.

Good communication and writing skills in English.

Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced team.
