The Junior Marketing Operations & Performance Executive supports the day to day execution, monitoring, and maintenance of existing digital marketing systems. This role works within pre built ad campaigns, automations, landing pages, and CRM workflows to ensure smooth operations, accurate tracking, and consistent lead flow.

This is an execution focused role designed for someone who wants to learn performance marketing and marketing automation on the job.

Key Responsibilities Paid Ads Monitoring

  • Monitor existing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
  • Track spend, cost per lead, frequency, and basic performance metrics
  • Upload creatives and copy when provided
  • Flag performance issues or disapproved ads

Landing Pages & Funnels

  • Create and update landing pages using existing templates
  • Test forms, thank you pages, and booking flows
  • Ensure pages are mobile friendly and error free

Email Marketing Execution

  • Schedule and send broadcast emails in Mindbody
  • Manage tags and sequences in ConvertKit
  • Duplicate and update existing email flows for new campaigns

Marketing Automation Support

  • Monitor existing Make automations for errors
  • Confirm leads are delivered to CRM, ConvertKit, and WATI
  • Update simple campaign fields when required

CRM & Data Hygiene

  • Ensure leads have correct source, campaign, and referral tags
  • Support sales team with accurate lead and POS tagging
  • Identify and flag missing or incorrect data

Reporting & Performance Support

  • Prepare weekly lead and campaign reports
  • Maintain reporting sheets and dashboards
  • Check data consistency across platforms

SEO & Website Support

  • Perform basic website checks after updates
  • Run SEMrush audits and share findings
  • Update FAQs, page content, and metadata when instructed

Coordination & Documentation

  • Coordinate with design, operations, and sales teams
  • Maintain task lists and timelines
  • Document processes as they are learned

Skills & Profile

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and dashboards
  • Basic understanding of online marketing
  • Willingness to learn ads, automation, and CRM systems
  • Organized, reliable, and process driven

Experience Level

  • Entry level to 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing or operations
  • Training provided on the job

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
