About the Role:
Culmen International is seeking a Junior Metrics and Data Analysis - Logistic Support to support our client onsite in Bahrain.
Candidates should be located in Bahrain.
What You’ll Do in Your New Role:

Provides comprehensive warehouse and logistics support, including inventory management, administrative functions, and operational process development.

Develops, maintains, and manages metrics and analysis databases to track CNO Availability and CMAV performance, including completions, extensions, growth, and new work root cause analysis. Produces trend analyses, reports, dashboards, and briefings to support management decision-making and Flag-level presentations. Ensures databases interface with the Command Readiness Dashboard and enable report generation for designated users.

Performs all phases of inventory management, including requirements determination, acquisition, purchasing, tracking, distribution, accountability, financial management, retention, and disposal. Coordinates shipping, restocking, carcass processing, hazardous material handling, and depot-level turn-ins in compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Serves as a logistics liaison to fleet units, resolving supply issues, expediting material shortages, and supporting operational requirements. Extracts and analyzes data from multiple systems (e.g., LogiQuest, One Touch, Haystack, CSMPs) to support material readiness, modernization impact assessments, ROI analysis, and forward-staged material optimization.

Provides logistics support to homeported and visiting ships within the AOR, including warehouse distribution, receiving, shipping, shipboard inventories, and allowance validation. Participates in planning and execution of warehousing initiatives, process improvements, and implementation of new warehouse management systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive background in Navy warehousing, material management, and supply support policies and procedures.

Strong knowledge with CASREP tracking, working LogiQuest, One Touch, Haystack, are strongly recommended.

Experience with forklift operations.

Knowledge in planning initiatives such as major re-warehousing efforts, revisions to receiving/receipt control procedures, or development and implementation of new warehouse management systems.

10+ years with tracking and analyze modernization installation operational impact and return on investment (ROI) for tracked alterations. Background in maintaining data in the metrics and analysis database.

Proficient and experienced with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
