Junior-Mid Level Social Media Markter

We are looking for a Social Media Marketer who sits at the intersection of creativity and technical efficiency. You will be responsible for the daily pulse of our brands, translating complex technical services (like AI automation and custom web development) into high-performing social content.

This is a "Junior+" role—meaning we need someone who can master the daily grind of posting and engagement, but who also has the technical curiosity to build automated content workflows and use AI tools to multiply their output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Execution (The "Junior" Core):
  • Manage the daily posting schedule across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Convert project launches and case studies into engaging "Behind the Scenes" reels, carousels, and threads.
  • Monitor community engagement: replying to comments, engaging with industry peers, and managing DMs.
  • AI-First Content Creation:
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) to draft copy and generate visual assets.
  • Edit short-form video content using CapCut or similar tools, focusing on clean, professional aesthetics.
  • Automation & Systems (The "Mid" Edge):
  • Set up simple automated workflows (using Make.com or Zapier) to sync content across platforms or notify the team of new leads.
  • Identify ways to "programmatically" repurpose one long-form blog or video into 10+ social assets.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Go beyond "likes" to track traffic flow from social profiles to our website.
  • Provide monthly reports on which content pillars are actually driving inquiries.

Technical Skills & Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Design/Video: Proficiency in Canva and CapCut. Familiarity with Figma (to grab assets from developers) is a huge plus.
  • Tech Literacy: You don't need to code, but you must understand terms like API, LLM, CMS, and UX/UI well enough to explain them to a layman.
  • Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of B2B marketing on LinkedIn vs. the fast-paced nature of X/Twitter.
  • Copywriting: Ability to write "hooky" headlines that stop the scroll without being "cringe" or overly salesy.

  • Visual Taste: You understand the "clean and modern" aesthetic required for high-end web design and tech companies.
  • Self-Starter: You can take a technical project description from our developers and figure out how to make it "social-media friendly" without hand-holding.

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
