Most motion design roles are just about speed and volume. This one's about taste, and creating work you'll actually be proud to showcase in your portfolio.

We're a fast-growing 3-person studio working with founders backed by top-tier investors and clients like CRED, Tata Motors, Microsoft, and Naturals Ice Cream. We're building Memoir to be world-class—focused on taste, results, and execution over volume.

We're hiring a Junior Motion Designer who wants real responsibility early, fast growth, and to build a portfolio they're genuinely proud of.

What you'll work on

• Motion design for social content, brand films, explainers, and product launches
• Animating key brand moments—launch films, campaign teasers, founder stories
• Typography, pacing, transitions, sound sync, and visual composition
• Real client work that ships, gets seen, and drives results

Who this is for

Skills you need:

• 0.5–2 years of motion design experience (or strong self-taught portfolio)
• Comfortable in After Effects; bonus if you know Premiere, Figma, or Cinema 4D
• Strong sense of timing, typography, and visual storytelling

Creative Lab Time — Half a day every week to experiment with visuals and AI tools, refine craft, and polish your portfolio—without client pressure or guilt.

Compensation

• ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month
• Full-time role (3-month minimum commitment)
• Hybrid/Remote (Mumbai)
• Growth in role and pay based on performance and responsibility over time
