About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, AI-savvy motion designer with strong fundamentals in animation, storytelling, and video editing. You’ll collaborate with our creative team to bring ideas to life — blending traditional motion design with cutting-edge AI tools to create scroll-stopping visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video edits for digital campaigns, social media, and brand content.
• Collaborate with the creative team during ideation and visual strategy phases.
• Implement AI-based design tools (RunwayML, Google VO3, Pika, etc.) to enhance workflows.
• Ensure design quality, brand consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Take ownership of small-to-mid-sized creative projects, from concept to delivery.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop .
• Strong understanding of storytelling, visual pacing, and animation principles.
• Knowledge of transitions, typography, and design thinking.
• Curiosity and ability to experiment with emerging AI design tools .
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative in nature.

Nice to Have

• Basic 3D skills (Blender, Cinema4D, or similar).
• Familiarity with sound design basics for animation.
• Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
