Junior Motion Graphics Artist & Video Creative

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and technically sound Junior Motion Graphics & Video Creative to join our in-house creative team. This role is suited for someone with hands-on experience in motion graphics, video editing, and working knowledge of AI-based creative tools, who is eager to grow and contribute in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will support the senior creative team in developing engaging visual content for digital platforms, events, presentations, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and assist in producing motion graphics, animations, and video content
• Perform video editing, including cuts, transitions, basic color correction, and sound syncing
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and support creative output
• Adapt and optimize content for multiple platforms and formats
• Assist in developing storyboards, layouts, and visual concepts
• Maintain brand consistency across all video and motion deliverables
• Coordinate with designers and creative leads to meet timelines and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in motion graphics and/or video editing
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools
• Practical experience using AI tools for video, motion graphics, or design enhancement
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, transitions, and visual storytelling
• Ability to follow creative direction and implement feedback effectively
• Good communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Exposure to event, brand, or digital marketing creatives
• Familiarity with AI-based automation, generative visuals, or smart editing tools
• Degree or certification in animation, multimedia, design, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
