Junior Motion Graphics & Video Editor

The Role:

As a Junior Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor, you will play a key role in bringing our creative vision to life. This role is ideal for someone with a blend of artistic talent and technical expertise in video animation and production. You will help create engaging animations and graphics that captivate audiences and enhance our visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of animation and graphic design tools, collaborating closely with our marketing and content teams to produce high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and creating animations and video graphics for various projects, including marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional videos.
• Support the design team in preparing digital material when needed.
• Edit raw video footage into polished, professional outputs.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software like Adobe suite.
• Perform QA checks on designs for errors.
• Implement feedback and changes as directed.
• Assist in creating visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to help conceptualize and execute visually compelling storytelling through animations and video graphics.
• Edit and enhance video footage under supervision to create polished and professional final products.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in animation and video production to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in video creation.
• Deep understanding of video formats, codecs, compression techniques, color correction, and grading processes.
• Proven track record of creating successful animations and video graphics that have engaged and captivated audiences.
• Proficiency in Adobe suite (including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate), Capcut, or other video editing software.
• Creativity and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
• Excellent storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual creativity.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Studies, or any relevant to Video Editing.

The salary may be negotiated based on the experience of the candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
