Role Summary
Entry-level network engineering role responsible for supporting network operations under senior supervision. Focused on switch configuration, network deployments, access points, monitoring, and incident reporting. Hands-on role with structured escalation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuration and deployment of network switches.
- Support installation and commissioning of network equipment with technicians.
- Configure and support wired and wireless access points.
- Monitor network devices using NOC and monitoring platforms.
- Detect, log, and report network incidents and alerts.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to senior engineers.
- Maintain accuracy of network-related operational records as required.
Experience Requirements:
- Junior-level experience or strong foundational knowledge in networking.
- Familiarity with switch configuration and basic network concepts.
- Experience in HPE, Aruba is highly desirable.
- Exposure to wireless networks and access point deployments.
- Basic experience using network monitoring tools.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- On-call
