Junior Odoo Developer

We are looking for a motivated Junior Odoo Developer with at least 6 months of practical experience in Odoo development. The ideal candidate should have basic technical skills in Odoo customization and be eager to learn, grow, and work as part of a development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in development and customization of Odoo modules
• Customize existing Odoo modules based on business needs
• Develop basic reports, views, and workflows in Odoo
• Work on Odoo backend using Python
• Handle XML for views, reports, and data files
• Support integration of Odoo with other systems
• Fix bugs and provide technical support
• Collaborate with senior developers and functional consultants
• Participate in testing and deployment activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ months of proven experience working with Odoo
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Understanding of Odoo framework and architecture
• Experience with XML, PostgreSQL, and Odoo ORM
• Familiarity with Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Accounting – basic level)
• Basic understanding of REST APIs is a plus
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Preferred Skills (Plus Point)

• Experience with Odoo.sh or server deployment
• Knowledge of JavaScript (basic)
• Understanding of business processes
• Experience with Git/version control
