JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a professional with energy, curiosity, and heart to join us as a Junior Office Manager. In this role, you’ll be part of a small, dedicated team shaping the foundations of our Dubai operations. You’ll learn by doing — gaining real experience in administration, marketing, and business coordination — while working directly with senior management and our international teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office & Business Coordination

Keep the Dubai office running smoothly day to day.

Manage correspondence, meetings, schedules, and documentation.

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and partners.

Support onboarding of new team members (workspace setup, access, orientation).

Track attendance, leave, and general office expenses.

Help prepare meeting notes and travel arrangements.
Marketing & Communication Support

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials.

Support internal and external events and initiatives with enthusiasm and care.

Liaise with vendors and distributors for quotations, orders, and follow-ups.

Contribute creative ideas for communication and team activities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.

Recent graduate or up to 3 years of professional experience in an administrative, coordination, or hospitality role.

Strong academic foundation and evidence of initiative or leadership in studies or extracurricular projects.
Skills & Competencies

Excellent command of English (Arabic, French, or another regional language is a plus).

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
