Junior Operations Manager

We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about optimizing processes and ensuring smooth operations, this role is for you. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the acquisition of couriers and build relationships with courier companies;
• Develop and optimise operational processes for courier acquisition, planning, support, fleet management and partner relations;
• Analyse customer segments and attract new clients to the service;
• Make data-driven decisions to improve the accuracy, efficiency, safety and optimisation of warehouse and last-mile operations;
• Monitor and analyse key metrics of all courier companies.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English; knowledge of Russian is optional;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Proven experience in last-mile delivery and logistics express operations, customer service, support or sales;
• Strong negotiating and communication skills, including the ability to interact cross-functionally;
• Ability to conduct a comprehensive analysis of services and products, identifying their strengths and weaknesses;
• Experience in working with large datasets and the ability to derive actionable insights from them.
