Role Overview

We are looking for Junior and Mid-Level MERN Stack Developers who are passionate about building modern web applications and have experience in AI integrations and workflow automation.

In this role, you’ll work on full-stack web applications while also getting hands-on exposure to AI-powered features, such as chatbots, automation workflows, and API-driven intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
• Build and consume REST APIs for frontend and third-party integrations
• Collaborate with team members on feature development, architecture, and code reviews
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Containerize applications using Docker for local and production environments
• Assist in deploying and maintaining applications on AWS or Google Cloud
• Work closely with designers to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces
• Assist in integrating AI-powered features into applications (chatbots, assistants, automation workflows)
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, especially in AI, automation, and modern web development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 6 months of professional experience in web development
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Hands-on experience with the MERN stack
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Git / version control
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred / Plus Skills (Strong Advantage)

• Experience or exposure to AI integrations, such as:
• OpenAI / LLM APIs
• Chatbots or AI-powered features
• Familiarity with AI orchestration & automation tools, including:
• n8n
• LangChain
• LangGraph
• Flowise
• Understanding of API-based automation workflows
• Exposure to React Native or Flutter
