Junior Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a data-driven and enthusiastic Junior Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong English communication skill. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build expertise in performance-driven marketing within Full-Stack IT and Digital Services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms

Manage and monitor campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)

Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives

Support in audience research, targeting, and competitor analysis

Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to align campaign objectives

Assist in setting up conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools

Generate quality leads while maintaining cost efficiency

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

6 months – 1.5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media

Basic understanding of Full-Stack IT & Digital Services marketing funnels

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking setup

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

Good English communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Understanding of B2B lead generation campaigns

Experience working with international markets (UK, USA, etc.)

Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO basics

Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
