About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Personal Branding Coordinator to support the development and growth of a professional personal brand focused on construction, project delivery, business growth, leadership, and Vision 2030 initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with management and collaborate with the company's PR team to execute branding, content, visibility, and business growth initiatives.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate or junior professional looking to build a career in personal branding, content marketing, executive positioning, and digital communications.

Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Brand Support

• Assist in implementing personal branding strategies
• Research industry trends, competitors, and thought leadership opportunities
• Help strengthen online visibility and authority positioning
• Monitor industry news and identify relevant content opportunities

Content Management

• Assist with LinkedIn content planning and publishing
• Support article, newsletter, and website content preparation
• Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules
• Coordinate content assets with designers and other team members

Research & Business Development Support

• Research companies, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders
• Assist in building networking and partnership databases
• Support lead generation and outreach initiatives
• Maintain organized records and reports

Performance Tracking

• Monitor content engagement and audience growth
• Track website and social media performance metrics
• Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports
• Support continuous improvement of branding initiatives

Requirements

• Currently based in Riyadh
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Excellent research and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms
• Basic understanding of content creation and personal branding
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Available to start immediately

Preferred Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
• Experience using Canva, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, or content management tools is an advantage
• Interest in business, entrepreneurship, leadership, construction, or Vision 2030 initiatives

Compensation

• Salary: SAR 2,000 per month
