Junior Planner – Facade

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Planner – Facade with at least 2 years of experience in façade projects within the UAE. The candidate will assist in project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) for façade activities.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
• Track procurement, fabrication, and site installation activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with project engineers, design, production, and site teams.
• Identify delays and assist in preparing recovery plans.
• Support in preparing look-ahead programs and manpower histograms.
• Maintain proper documentation of planning records.

Technical Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of façade systems (Curtain Wall, Unitized, Stick System, Cladding).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Understanding of project lifecycle (Design, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation).
• Basic knowledge of UAE construction practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in façade contracting company.
• Familiarity with planning standards and reporting formats.
