JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines using Primavera P6 in coordination with Line Manager.
- Create and maintain an integrated program-wide schedule, working with the Project Engineer / Managers to align with the work breakdown structure (WBS) / Activities.
- Oversee the integration of scope, cost, resources and schedule within the Project Programme, in accordance with project milestones
- Preparation of project resource requirements such as manpower, machineries and other required resources in coordination with respective project managers / Engineer.
- analysis and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to support project decision-making.
- Provide regular statistical and performance reports, presenting data on project schedules, variances, and critical paths, productivity analysis to management.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to monitor project progress, addressing issues as they arise to maintain adherence to schedules.
- Develop the procurement Schedule, establish associated phasing timelines, in accordance with the Project Programme of Work.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
2. Knowledge in Primavera – P6 & MS Office Package
3. Sound Knowledge in MS Excel
2-4 Years of Experience in Construction with Project Planning Background(Native Experience also considered)
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per hour
