Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Planning Engineer - Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure projects progress efficiently according to schedule, quality standards, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project-related documents.
- Assist with scheduling and monitoring project progress, updating project timelines, and tracking milestones.
- Initiate project tracking through ERP systems.
- Monitor and report weekly progress, highlight deviations, and assist in delay analysis and recovery planning.
- Attend coordination meetings and ensure clear communication of project updates to CEO and Project manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Engineering within construction industry.
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multiple internal departments.
- Knowledge of project planning, documentation, MEP, civil and execution procedures.
Technical Skills
- AutoCAD
- PRIMAVERA
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Project)
- ERP project tracking exposure is an added advantage
