Junior Plumbing and Heating Engineer.

This is an excellent opportunity to progress their career within the plumbing and heating industry. Unlike a standard junior role, our junior engineers are trusted to manage their own sites and day-to-day works while being fully supported and overseen by our Lead Installation Manager.

You will be responsible for completing works to a high standard, communicating with customers, and ensuring projects run smoothly, while continuing to develop your technical skills within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own installation and maintenance jobs
• Carrying out plumbing and heating works on domestic and commercial properties
• Completing boiler installations and system upgrades
• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing and heating issues
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and cleanliness
• Liaising professionally with customers on-site
• Working closely with the Lead Installation Manager to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Plumbing and heating experience or relevant qualifications
• Gas safe Quotation
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to progress
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: £26,991.00-£33,987.00 per year
