Job Title: Junior Podcast Editor (Part-Time 10- 15 Hours a week)

Location: Boise, Idaho

SB Studios is a fast-growing, creator-focused podcast production company based in Boise. Since 2020, we’ve produced over 100 podcasts and hundreds of episodes, from influencers and entrepreneurs to corporations and community leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Edit multiple podcast videos & audio into polished, professional episodes following our internal production processes.
• Create short-form clips (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that grab attention with strong hooks, based on client and production needs.
• Support podcast distribution across YouTube, Spotify, Apple, and social media.
• Assist with graphics, thumbnails, and captions that make content pop.
• Collaborate with our creative team to tell stories that resonate with audiences.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging tech, and AI tools that can enhance content and workflow.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong skills in DaVinci Resolve (other editing tools are a plus).
• Understanding of storytelling, hooks, and pacing in content creation.
• Passion for editing and creating content that connects with people.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Curiosity about emerging tech, AI, and digital trends — and how they can improve workflow and content.

Preferred (not required):

• Currently studying or holding a degree in Media, Film, Broadcasting, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience with podcasts, YouTube, or social media editing.
• Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
