Duties

• Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of all food served.
• Utilize various kitchen tools, including knives, to prepare ingredients efficiently.
• Support catering operations by preparing large quantities of food as needed.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during meal times.
• Handling orders both take out and in shop customers in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation or a related role within the food service industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
