Junior Procurement Specialist – Bilingual Chinese & English
Overview
We are looking for a detail- oriented Junior Procurer Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the purchasing process by collaborating with suppliers, planning production, loading schedule, and managing warehouse inventory levels to ensure that our operations run smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop skills in procurement and supply chain management while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Responsibilities
· Assist in maintaining accurate purchase orders and logistic records in our procurement system
· Assist in maintaining accurate products’ information in ERP system
· Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
· Assist in monitoring warehouse inbound shipment status
· Assist in collaborating with sales/marketing teams to understand procurement requirements and align on project timelines
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
· Bachelor of Business Administration, Supply chain management, or related field
· 1+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management (internships included)
· Strong Analytical skills with attention to detail
· Able to speak, write and read Chinese
· Evenings maybe needed at time to speak with overseas factories, flexible work from home schedule
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
· Team- oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate
· Proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
Preferred
· Experience with procurement software or ERP systems
· Familiar with negotiation techniques and supplier relationship management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
· Understanding of inventory management principles and practices
· Ability to analyze data to support purchasing decisions
· Familiarity with e-procurement tools and software applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
