Junior Procurement Specialist

Role Overview:

The Junior Procurement Specialist will support procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing, ordering, and delivery of materials, FF&E, and accessories for interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in sourcing vendors and suppliers in the UAE

-Request and compare quotations

-Prepare purchase orders and follow internal approval processes

-Track orders, deliveries, and lead times

-Coordinate with suppliers, site team, and design team

-Maintain procurement logs and cost tracking sheets

-Support invoice verification and documentation

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Interior Design, or similar

-Fresh graduate or up to 1 year experience

-Strong Excel and organizational skills

-Basic understanding of procurement processes

-Ability to follow timelines and budgets

-Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
