Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Junior Product Designer to support our product, web, and marketing design needs. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who’s eager to learn and grow in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support design of product features, user flows, and web pages
• Create marketing and brand assets (social media graphics, email templates, campaign visuals)
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers
• Incorporate user feedback to improve design
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms

Requirements:

• Some hands-on design experience (internships, freelance, or academic projects welcome)
• Basic proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
• Strong eye for detail, typography, and color
• Clear communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for mental health, accessibility, and mission-driven work
