Junior Product Designer

Visions Staffing is assisting a Los Angeles-based company in seeking a Junior Product Designer to support the design and development of framed art, wall décor, photo frames, and home furnishings.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Sales, Account Director & Senior Designers to determine product lines for each account.
• Actively participate in the brainstorming processes, bringing customer appropriate new ideas to the development process.
• Prepare Bills of Materials to communicate detailed product specifications and builds thoroughly and effectively.
• Work with Senior Designers and be responsible for specific product development tasks as assigned.
• Manage and fill out customer product spec & set up sheets.
• Keep up to date on industry trends and market activity

Job Qualifications:

• Candidates must be capable of managing multiple projects at once with tight deadlines in an extremely fast paced work environment.
• Prior experience in picture framing, interior design, or home décor is a huge plus.
• Must have Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in Office Programs (Word, Excel, MS Outlook and etc.)
