Junior Product Manager

We are working with a luxury travel company who is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate has:

• Hands-on experience managing both web and mobile application products, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Driving product improvements from concept to delivery. Experience working with Jira and exposure to the Travel domain will be a strong advantage.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in web and mobile application development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira / Confluence.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centric design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Travel, OTA, Hospitality, or Aviation domain.
• Understanding of booking flows, inventory systems, payments, and guest lifecycle journeys.
• Exposure to customer journey mapping and conversion funnel optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications in Product Management (optional but a plus).
