Junior Product Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to support the development and growth of our SaaS products and APIs. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to help define product requirements, manage backlogs, and ensure successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements for SaaS and API products.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into user stories.
• Manage and maintain product backlogs in collaboration with senior product managers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer support.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and product reviews.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to suggest improvements.
• Support API documentation and ensure clear communication of technical features.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related role.
• Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and API concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Postman, PostgreSQL or similar is preferred.
