Junior Product Manager (Multi-Product) — Product Ops + Delivery Support

About the role
We’re hiring a Junior Product Manager to support the Product Lead across multiple active software products. You’ll help turn ideas and stakeholder feedback into clear requirements, keep delivery moving via sprint execution, and ensure releases are QA-ready with clean documentation.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
1) Requirements & documentation
- Convert calls, Loom videos, WhatsApp/email feedback into structured requirements
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases
- Create/maintain PRDs/BRDs, workflows, feature specs, and release notes
- Keep documentation updated as scope evolves
2) Sprint & delivery support
- Break down features into tasks and manage them in ClickUp/Jira/Trello
- Coordinate with dev/design/QA to remove blockers and keep timelines on track
- Track dependencies, risks, and scope changes; escalate early when needed
- Support sprint ceremonies: planning, grooming, daily follow-ups, retros
3) QA coordination & release readiness
- Prepare test plans and QA checklists per feature
- Validate completed work against requirements (spot-check UI/logic)
- Log bugs with clear reproduction steps, expected vs actual, severity, and evidence
- Support UAT cycles and ensure features are ready before release
4) Integrations & data workflows support (general)
- Document integration requirements (APIs, authentication, payloads, webhooks)
- Assist in defining data rules: field mapping, sync logic, retries/failures, audit trails
- Support event tracking requirements (events, properties, identity rules)
5) Analytics & reporting support (general)
- Define metric definitions, formulas, filters, and reporting rules
- Help QA dashboards/reports against expected business logic and sample data
- Maintain a “single source of truth” document for key metrics
Must-have skills
- 0–2 years experience (or strong internship) in Product/BA/Delivery/QA coordination
- Strong writing: can create clear, testable stories and documentation
- Organized and reliable with timelines, follow-ups, and multi-thread tracking
- Good logical thinking and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with technical teams (basic web/app understanding)
Nice-to-have skills
- Exposure to APIs/webhooks/integrations
- Familiarity with analytics/tracking concepts (events, funnels, GA4/GTM basics)
- Understanding of checkout/payment/subscription flows (basic)
- Experience with SaaS products or admin dashboards
P.S. Salary would be based on skills and experience.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
