We're Hiring – Junior Production Planning Engineer

Location: Bahrain, Sakhir | Full-time

Are you a fresh graduate with a strong data analytics background, ready to kick-start your engineering career in a dynamic production environment? We’re looking for a motivated Junior Production Planning Engineer to join our team and help drive operational excellence through smart insights and precision planning!

What you'll be doing:

- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in coordination with relevant departments.

- Help compile progress reports highlighting achievements, delays, and deviations from plans.

- Support production activities by analyzing performance, staffing, and output, and communicating with department managers.

- Allocate tasks and communicate expected outcomes under the guidance of senior planners.

- Gather and analyze production data using ERP, Excel, and Power BI to identify optimization opportunities.

-Assist in maintaining accurate and timely updates within ERP systems.

- Identify and report opportunities for product and process improvements.

- Follow up with purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and prevent production delays.

- Participate in periodic inventory counts and contribute to stock accuracy.

Who you are:

- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from a reputable university.

- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with excellent interpersonal abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Familiar with Power BI, ERP systems, and other digital tools used by RFI

- MUST be Registered under Bahrain’s Ministry of Labor (MOL).

- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a fast-paced production environment.
