Junior Project Manager

We are a fast-growing technology company focused on Data Engineering and digital solutions. We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support project planning, coordination and delivery. This role suits someone early in their career who wants to grow in a busy and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Help plan and manage projects from initiation to delivery
• Track progress and keep records of milestones and deadlines
• Coordinate with teams such as Data Engineering, QA and Product
• Schedule and run meetings, document decisions and follow up on action items
• Assist in managing risks, issues and any changes in scope or timelines
• Support project documentation and client communication

Requirements

• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management
• Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum or Waterfall
• Strong grip on JIRA
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks and set priorities
• Familiar with tools such as Trello, Confluence or MS Project
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

• Interest in Data Engineering concepts like ETL, pipelines or cloud platforms
• Technical background or experience working with engineering teams
• Familiarity with Git, SQL or cloud services such as AWS, GCP or Azure

Shift Timings
9 AM to 6 PM UK time, onsite. Must also be able to support remotely for basic oversight during US shift.
