About The Role

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple digital projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in Agile environments , coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting client communication.

You will work closely with Senior Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and Clients , ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Assist in defining project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Design) for smooth execution
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate when required
• Maintain project plans, sprint boards, and documentation using tools like Jira & Confluence
• Support client communication by sharing updates, reports, and action items
• Assist in resource planning and task allocation under guidance of senior stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to project processes, quality standards, and delivery timelines
• Prepare regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination or project management within IT/software services
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile practices
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Working knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to working with global clients is an advantage
• Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Exposure to domains like Fintech, Healthcare, eCommerce, or SaaS
• Experience supporting budgeting, effort estimation, or project reporting
