Junior Project Manager

Laboratory Builders Inc (LBI) specializes in full-service laboratory design and construction. LBI offers a wide range of services to our clients and assists them with all aspects of their laboratory needs.

Our clients range from pharmaceutical and biotech to K-12 schools and universities. As we are rapidly growing and expanding our market presence within the industry, we are looking for an administrative assistant/office coordinator to join our team. The project and construction manager will assist with a variety of needs that support office functions. Some of the functions include:

At LBI our ideal project and construction manager will be able to:

• Support customer design projects.
• Manage everyday projects and challenges.
• Work with our extensive client base and contractor partners.
• Expand our business partnerships within the laboratory industry.
• Learn our business model and what separates us from our competitors within the industry.
• Assist with expanding current and future partnerships to build a stronger future for yourself and LBI.

Our ideal project and construction manager will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, however associates with be accepted.
• 1-3 years of AutoCAD experience.
• 1-3 years of REVIT experience.
• Able to assist with interior design, architecture, with clients from many industries including pharmaceutical/biotech and k-12 schools and universities.
• Strong writing and mathematical skills.
• Strong customer service skills as you will be working directly with many stakeholders within your projects.
• Able to communicate and assist with building and construction trades and technology.
• Communicate and work well within internal teams to ensure our business standards are met for consultants and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
