Who are we looking for?

Designation : Junior Project Manager ( AI / ML )
Experience Range : 5+ years

What is the work?

• Support planning, scheduling, and execution of AI/ML projects.
• Coordinate between cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, meeting notes, and action items.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable plans.
• Understand and track progress on model development, training pipelines, data labeling, and ML deployment.
• Support the development and monitoring of KPIs for AI/ML initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.
• Help implement and optimize Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Contribute to workflow standardization and knowledge management.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical role or as a project coordinator/assistant.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., supervised learning, model training, inference pipelines).
• Basic understanding of programming (e.g., Python) and/or ML tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jupyter, MLflow).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, Git, or similar.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or PMP (or in progress).
• Hands-on experience with data labeling tools or ML experimentation platforms.
• Familiarity with MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or AI product development environment.
