Junior Project Manager – Architecture and Interiors

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Project Manager to support the execution of high-end design projects. This role is designed for a rising professional who balances strong organizational skills with a high aptitude for architectural visualization. You will assist in taking a project from the initial design phases into fully coordinated construction documents while developing client and contractor management skills.

Core Responsibilities:

Visualization & Modeling: Develop detailed SketchUp models and high-fidelity architectural renderings to communicate design concepts to clients and contractors.

Project Documentation: Assist in the preparation of construction sets, millwork details, and finish materials specifications.

Site Coordination: Attend site visits and consultant meetings to document progress, issue meeting minutes, and assist in punch-list management.

Resource Management: Maintain the digital and physical materials library, ensuring all project samples are organized and updated.

Schedule Tracking: Update project timelines and task lists to ensure internal and external milestones are met.

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience within an interior design or architectural firm.

Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and architectural rendering software (e.g., Enscape or V-Ray) is required.

Technical Drafting: Solid foundational knowledge of AutoCAD for producing 2D technical drawings.

Project Tools: Familiarity with project management software (such as Ivy, Studio Designer, or Asana) and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously without compromising accuracy and efficiency.

Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Professional Growth & Benefits
