About this Role:
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across our organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who is eager to learn, collaborate, and grow while contributing to meaningful work.
What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities

Assist in take-offs, bidding, planning project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Coordinate tasks across teams and ensure stakeholders stay informed

Track project progress, identify potential risks, and escalate issues when needed

Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations

Support project meetings by organizing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items

Maintain project management tools, dashboards, and documentation repositories

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment
Contribute to process improvements and help optimize workflows
What You'll Bring:
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

Proficiency with productivity and project management tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, Project, Primavera)

Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast‑paced environment

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Internship or prior experience supporting projects
