Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Proposal Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating technical and commercial proposals while ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Support in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, pre-qualifications, and tenders.
• Assist in gathering and reviewing project data, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and project management teams to ensure accurate proposal content.
• Prepare and format proposal documents, ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance.
• Conduct research on client requirements, competitors, and market trends to strengthen proposals.
• Maintain a proposal database and track submission deadlines.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals in line with company standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in proposal/tender preparation or engineering consultancy (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
• Strong technical writing, editing, and formatting skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of local/international standards and tendering procedures is an advantage.
