Securance Consulting is seeking an exceptional writer with a passion for technology and cybersecurity to join our collaborative team of proposal professionals. You’ll work closely with colleagues to develop responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) for government and commercial opportunities.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

· Analyzing RFP/RFI requirements to determine proposal needs

· Conducting client research to inform proposal strategy

· Translating Securance’s services into persuasive, compliant responses

· Editing and refining content for flow, tone, and clarity

· Partnering with graphic designers to enhance visual presentation

· Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop competitive cost proposals

· Managing multiple deadlines and incorporating feedback quickly

· Maintaining and improving a library of reusable templates and content

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

· A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in English, communications, or a related writing field

· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including templates, formatting, styles, tables, and headers/footers

· Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for supporting proposal content

· Excellent organization and time management skills

· Ability to take ownership of your work while collaborating with others

· Eagerness to learn about cybersecurity and IT risk management

· Knowledge of AI tools and platforms
