Salary: 17000 To 28000 PM

Bond: 3 Years (Monetary penalty clause in case of unjustified resignation before end of bond period)

Job Description:

• Procurement & Sourcing: Identify and source raw materials, specialized components, and consumables (e.g., specific welding electrodes, forging items, or plates) required for heavy fabrication.
• Vendor Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors who can meet the technical and quality requirements of projects involving ASME or NPCIL standards.
• Quotation & Negotiation: Send out Requests for Quotation (RFQs), prepare comparison statements (CST), and negotiate prices and delivery terms to ensure cost-efficiency.
• ERP/SAP Management: Most reviews for this role at Kay Bouvet highlight the use of SAP/ERP modules for raising Purchase Orders (POs), tracking material requests, and maintaining inventory records.
• Expediting & Follow-up: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time to meet the production and project planning schedules.
• Technical Coordination: Work closely with the Design and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to understand material specifications and ensure the supplied goods match the required engineering drawings.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
