JUNIOR PURCHASING SPECIALIST

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Working closely with other departments to manage categories, including strategic procurement,
• Preparing requests for proposals (RFQs), collecting proposals, conducting comparison analyses, carrying out investment studies, and evaluating and identifying potential suppliers using the total cost of ownership (TCO) approach, and using relevant procurement tools,
• Manage the financial statement control and consolidation processes for both domestic and international subsidiaries, including all related sub-processes,
• Participating in the standardization of materials, equipment, and contracts by category
• Managing suppliers and procurement strategies,
• Reviewing weekly reports from facilities,
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive category risk management program, including financial risk assessment and business continuity planning strategies, to ensure supplier security,
• Performing project tracking, standardization, ERP (SAP MM) and KPI management
• Managing contract negotiations with suppliers,

What kind of team member are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering,
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement and supplier relations (Experience in the construction or mining sector is an advantage),
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken),
• Highly motivated, patient, positive, resilient, and solution-oriented,
• Excellent time and project management skills,
• No restrictions on domestic and international travel,
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),
• Strong communication and coordination abilities, with a solution-oriented mindset,
