Investigating and setting standards for quality, health and safety
. Review and develop existing HACCP quality control protocol
.Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with Ajman Public Health standards
.Maintain all records digitally and as required in paper formats.
.Working with operations to establish food safety procedures,standards, and systems at all production areas,storage and dispatch.
.Introduce new product quality check requirements based on food safety standards.
.Building protocols to ensure weight , packaging labeling ,branding and other specification comply with requirement.
.Ensure all training is scheduled and implemented in timely manner.
.Maintain and manage all records for inspections and lead necessary quality communications.
.Managing customer complaints and tracebility protocols.
.Developing and implementing GMP, Food Safety training for all employees.
.Respond to emergencies.
.Contracting Training , Equipment Calibration ,Pest control management, Grease trap services ,Hygiene accessories, Water Tank services and Laboratories.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
