Junior Quality Checker

Overview

Job Details:

Perform quality inspections at different stages of production, including in-process checks, inter-operation inspections, and final product evaluation before dispatch.

Carry out precise measurements to ensure all products meet defined standards, specifications, and quality requirements.

Ensure all measuring and testing tools are used correctly, regularly checked, and calibrated when needed.

Review and analyze customer complaints related to product quality in a detailed and professional manner.

Communicate with customers regarding quality issues and support the resolution process until final closure.

Maintain accurate records of inspection results, quality findings, and related reports for documentation purposes.

Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure consistent quality standards across all processes.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying quality issues and suggesting practical solutions.

Assist in preparing basic quality reports and summaries when required.

Job Experience Requirements

Higher education will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. Willingness to learn and continuously improve professional skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality standards.

Strong attention to detail with a responsible and disciplined working approach.

Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with different departments when required.
