Junior Quality Control Engineer – Block Paving Plant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Quality Control Engineer to join our Block Paving Plant team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Civil Engineering graduate or someone with limited experience in quality control who is eager to grow and develop their career in the construction and manufacturing industry. Knowledge or exposure to value-added products like shot blasting, curling, and honing will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in quality control operations within the Block Paving Plant.

- Support inspections, testing, and audits to ensure product quality meets standards.

⁠- ⁠Help maintain accurate records and documentation for quality processes.

- Collaborate with production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Learn to implement corrective actions and process enhancements under supervision.

- Gain experience in supervising and guiding quality processes as part of career development.

Requirements:

⁠- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

⁠- Up to 2 years of experience in quality control or production environments (fresh graduates are welcome).

⁠- Basic knowledge of value-added products such as shot blasting, curling, and honing is advantageous.

⁠- Proficient in English with good communication skills.

⁠- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
