About the Role

Join us as a Junior Receptionist where you will:

• Attend bi-daily team briefings and communicate effectively with supervisors & co-workers.
• Build strong guest relations by recognizing preferences and resolving complaints in a friendly manner.
• Greet guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and ensure all inquiries are met with a smile.
• Manage reservations, calls, and emails efficiently while providing accurate and helpful information.
• Maintain LPM standards, stay flexible with role changes, and always ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Required Experiences & Qualifications

• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for welcoming and delivering guest experiences to the highest standards.
• Proficiency in English is a must; an additional European language is a plus.
• Previous experience as a restaurant hostess or a guest relations executive role.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, preferably in Seven Rooms and Microsoft Office.
• Maintaining a well-groomed appearance and presentation that reflects the company’s professional standards.
