A Day in your life

● Assist in end-to-end recruitment across various roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

● Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

● Own & drive the hiring process with speed and accuracy, ensuring strong pipeline management.

● Maintain and analyze hiring dashboards to track recruitment effi ciency and impact.

● Ensure quality over quantity—hiring for skill, cultural fi t, and long-term success rather than body shopping.

● Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pool.

● Collaborate with hiring managers to refi ne job descriptions and hiring criteria.

Skills In Spotlight

● 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

● Strong ability to source candidates creatively, beyond job portals.

● Data-driven mindset—comfortable with tracking hiring metrics and reporting.

● Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

● Passion for hiring the right talent, not just fi lling seats.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
