Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter specialized in Nursing/Health Care Recruitment to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the hiring needs of international health care clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for connecting qualified nursing professionals with global career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact leads to identify candidates actively seeking nursing job opportunities abroad.
• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified nursing and health care professionals.
• Reach out to candidates, assess their qualifications, and guide them through the recruitment and documentation process.
• Manage interview scheduling and maintain clear communication throughout the selection stages.
• Facilitate job offers, negotiate terms when applicable, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Freshers or experienced candidates may apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
