Junior Recruiter

A Junior Recruiter is an entry-to-mid level talent acquisition professional who supports the hiring process from start to finish. They are typically responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and managing applicant data under the guidance of a senior recruiter

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, internal databases, and job boards to build pipelines of qualified talent.
• Resume Screening: Review initial applications and assess candidates based on experience, skills, and overall company culture fit.
• Initial Interviews: Conduct the first round of phone or video screens to evaluate baseline qualifications and salary expectations.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers, manage calendars, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
