What You’ll Be Doing

• Source and reach out to candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Communicate with applicants and guide them through the hiring process
• Assist with job postings and recruiting campaigns
• Track candidate activity and maintain organized records
• Work closely with leadership to support hiring goals
